OQYANA World First – The World Islands Dubai

Client: PROMAN-OQYANA Dubai, UAE
Scope: Project Management / Construction Management Consultancy for the development of twenty one (21) manmade islands on the iconic multi billion dollar Nakheel World Islands development program. Work encompassing residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sector of real estate, to include building and infrastructure development, for a self sustaining linked islands infrastructure system built to cater to the world’s rich and famous clientele. Initial scope services included Project and Construction Management systems set up and implementation to include Project Controls elements, Budget, Cost and Performance Monitoring tools, Schedule Monitoring tools, IT and Document and Data Management tools, beginning at the 65% design phases and leading up to final completion and hand over. Project is currently in the final stages design.
Value: $6 Billions to $7 Billion US Dollars.

Jumeirah Lake Towers

Client: Nakheel, Dubai, UAE
Scope: Project Management for the construction of twenty three (23) building clusters, which each cluster comprising of three high rise buildings and a garage structure. Infrastructure associated with the construction of the 23 clusters. Budget development for Jumeirah Village, Al Mas Tower, Gold and Silver Towers, Falcon, Flamingo and Eagle Towers.
Value: $360 Million USD

Shams Abu Dhabi

Client: Sorouh Real Estate, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Scope: Project Management & Controls, commercial and residential development of Al Reem Island. High rise building construction, infrastructure, Villas, Apartments, bridges, roadways schools, mosques and all associated infrastructure.
Value: $7 Billion USD

Fairmont Abu Dhabi Hotel and Serviced Apartments

Client: National Investment Corporation
Scope: Cost and Contracts Consultancy Services for Fairmont Hotel Development project.
Value: $350 Million USD

Lake Preservation Project

Client: Nakheel
Scope: Preservation of lake and lakeside landscaping, Bird Aviary construction, Bird Watch Towers, Revere Osmosis Plant construction to preserve the existing several species of bird population migration to the UAE from abroad.

Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion Program

Client: Parsons International Limited
Scope: Program Controls Management services, responsible for the program’s systems to include Planning, Estimating, Cost Management, IT Systems and Document Control.
